Mini-habits, have you heard of them? You can create meaningful changes and have an impact on your life by making small adjustments.
The premise of mini-habits is that by doing lots of small things, you will eventually achieve something amazing. Just reading a couple of news articles a day will make you better informed quickly about current events which will make you better able to handle discussions.
Mini-habits help you go get things done but they also have an impact on your mind and body.
An atmosphere of success is created. You are more likely to achieve small goals. By completing these small tasks, you have removed the large expectations that have felt do daunting in the past. You had feelings of failure when you couldn't meet those expectations. By meeting the small goals, you begin to expect success. This gives you a mindset that will help to generate the success you are looking for.
You see your capabilities differently. You begin to realize that you do have the power and ability to accomplish things when you are successful in achieving your mini-goals. You have more confidence and you have a more positive view of your abilities.
Your motivation is rediscovered. Your motivation is sometimes hard to find and it can get used up quickly. A mini-habit doesn't rely on motivation to accomplish things. Your willpower grows them. Your success energy starts to grow when you reach your goals. This creates
