About this ebook
Improving your life is far less difficult than you may believe. Whether you're trying to lose weight, get more sleep, or reclaim your work/life balance, the key is to start small.
We've been told for years that becoming more healthy and productive is a matter of willpower: that we should follow the latest fad and make constant lifestyle changes. However, radical changes in our diets, fitness plans, or jobs never work. Instead, we should focus on small victories and incorporate new, small habits into our daily routines.
In this book, Author Mattia Hirose shows us how to improve our lives one small habit at a time.
It cracks the code of habit formation based on twenty years of research and his experience coaching over 10,000 people. Focus on what you can change rather than what you can't, focus on what you want to do rather than what you should do.
A startling truth lies at the heart of this: living a happier, healthier life can be simple and surprisingly enjoyable.
Anyone can now use his science-based approach to make changes that are both simple and long-lasting.
So what are you waiting for? Get this book now and start changing your life!

Introduction
Any worthwhile but hard task needs willpower, discipline, and habits to be successful. These are natural traits that can help you get through hard times. If these things aren't in place, it's more likely that dreams won't come true. Without a strong desire to succeed, talent and chance rarely come together. These thoughts are connected and go together. Interdependency Willpower is the mental state of being very determined to finish a task or reach a goal. On the other hand, discipline requires self-control and a real investment of time, effort, and resources. It's often linked to being able to wait for something or stay away from distractions. A habit is any task or behavior that a person does often enough that it has become part of their daily routine. Willpower is needed to be self-disciplined, and self-discipline needs to be kept up for good habits to form, like working out regularly and eating healthy foods. It's clear that not every habit is good or helpful. Some habits, like vices and putting things off, must be broken. To break these bad habits, you'll need a strong will and a lot of discipline. Routines Both good and bad habits can be formed by doing something over and over again. When tasks, behaviors, and attitudes are a regular part of daily life, they become habits. Most of the time, habits don't require much effort or thought. They become so easy and natural that it seems like they do them on their own. Bad habits are often easier to get into because they are fun and sometimes even addicting. Also, it's hard to get rid of them. For instance, smoking is a bad and unhealthy habit that is hard to break because nicotine is addicting. Any behavior that is hard to stop leads to physical and mental dependence, which can make it hard to think normally. Willpower and discipline are needed to develop good habits, and they are also needed to get rid of bad ones. Bad habits are often caused by things outside of ourselves, like peer pressure or culture. People in highly industrialized countries, for instance, eat in ways that aren't good for them. In these countries, fast food restaurants, which serve
