- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5After reading around 20 pages I really started to question the author's credibility. He recommends the use of creatine but admits it might add water weight. This water weight though is VERY healthy. Intracellular volumization will help with protein synthesis and mineral absorption.
He also includes many references to "scientific studies" but never actually references them unless I am missing something.
