About this ebook

** Look inside to get a FREE workout routines book! **

How many times you started a new diet only to quit after a month and feel guilty about it?
The problem when starting a new diet is that we usually create strict rules that make us feel guilty and stressed when we break them.

Not only that, unrealistic and general goals like "lose weight" won’t help us stay motivated for long periods of time.

Having a healthy diet shouldn’t be difficult or painful, you should be able to eat healthy food without sacrificing the dishes you love.
Changing our food is only 20% of the work, we can always go to a nutritionist and he’ll give us a sheet with the food we can eat (or suppose to eat). 80% of the work is to change our old eating habits, this requires the correct psychological approach and self-control strategies.

In this book you will learn what foods you can eat in abundance (without counting calories!) and still lose weight. It is not about HOW MUCH you eat, is about WHAT you eat.

Content:
* Healthy eating principles.
* How to burn fat.
* How to create muscle.
* Protein sources.
* Protein sources for vegetarians and vegans.
* Myths about food.
* How to gain weight fast for hardgainers .
* The fattest method to gain weight (GOMAD).
* Self-control techniques for a healthy stress-free diet.
* How to recover from relapses.
* 4 exercises to improve your eating habits.
* 5 worksheets.
* And more ..

Stop relying on the magical concept of "willpower" and learn the most effective techniques to help you create real behavioural changes to feel motivated and enjoy your food while burning fat and creating muscle.
Say goodbye to rules, stress and weight loss pills, learn how to lose weight, motivate yourself and get rid of that extra fat once and for all.
