Stephanie shares how she wants her daughters to learn that it’s fun to move your body, along with the confidence and other benefits that come with it. She also dives into her love of the Boston marathon including how she finally qualified after incorporating Crossfit into her training, some of her different experiences racing there, and her endorsement of their new pregnancy deferral policy.
