Description

It’s still raining in Portland! On this week’s episode Amy and Aly talk about mental health as it relates to parenting and athletics, and the role the weather has been playing on their ability to stay motivated and keep moving. They each share some personal experiences with mental health struggles, some coping mechanisms to stay positive, and how they feel mental health affects them as parents. Aly talks about the mental health epidemic among Olympic athletes and how even everyday athletes struggle when sport is no longer their top priority. They finish the episode with their big mom wins of the week (Go Mama of the Week).
