Jen Gottschalk, mother, Ironman attorney, Ironman athlete and former college swimmer, joins Amy and Aly in today’s episode to talk about her experience training for Ironman Alaska with the goal of competing in it when she was less than 10 months postpartum. Jen discusses her decision to pump in transition and the logistics that went into it, as well as the immense amount of support shown to her by Ironman and the volunteers. She talks about  her unplanned c-section birth and shares a little bit about her recovery and return to training postpartum with a very big race on the horizon.
