Topics Discussed in this Episode:
What it means to be protective of your time
How to create more time for yourself
Where Leanne’s love for running a business came from
How Bodyshot Performance came about
How Leanne struggled with and overcame alcoholic drinking
What is biohacking
How Leanne adapted her business so that it actually resulted to a tipping point
Key Takeaways:
It all comes down to your end game. If you want to build a business quickly and you want rapid growth and you want to build a performance business, there are philosophies you can apply and entrepreneurs you can emulate. But if you want to build a lifestyle business and are in no particular hurry to grow big, that’s okay too.
When you’re in an addictive pattern of behavior, whether it’s sex or gambling or booze or food or whatever, your primary relationship is with that thing, not with anyone else. And that would definitely be felt by the other people in your life.
Meditation profoundly changes your physiology.
Action Steps:
Say no to more stuff.
Take what works for you.
Get back in control of your health.
Meditate.
Create space or micro breaks in your day.
Make ideas happen.

“I think we’re very driven with overscheduling, measuring our productivity against our self-worth. How much we do is how well we feel about ourselves. So say no to more stuff.”
“We need to move away from the aesthetics of how we look and focus on what we can do with our bodies and what we can achieve with them.”
Thanks for listening!
