In this episode I interview one of the first clients I started working with and now friend, Dr Rebecca Moore. Becca is a London-based holistic perinatal psychiatrist working privately and in the NHS with expertise in Women's Health especially through pregnancy and in the early postnatal period. She is also a 70/30 Ambassador working to end child maltreatment in the U.K. @70/30 Campaign. Becca and I discuss the links between mental health (specifically anxiety) and nutrition and exercise, and she shares tips for getting more movement into your life than can be done even if you’re feeling anxious. We also talk about gut health and its relationship with mental health, the role of hormones, the importance of exercise and how a few simple blood tests that help remove some of the guesswork that surrounds our health.
