#006 Today we have Austin Malleolo, who’s resume is like one of those never ending cartoon scrolls that go on and on- he’s a CrossFit Games Athlete, a CrossFit Seminar Staff and Flomaster, an affiliate owner with three gyms of his own, a co-owner of the HAM plan, the General Manager of the Reebok Gym in Boston and of course he’s a dad of an 18-month old girl. And while it was tempting to ask him about his impressive CrossFit Games career I really wanted Austin to share with us how he manages everything on his plate - the resume i just outline - with being a relatively new dad.
