Our intuition is a powerful tool that can guide us towards the right path and help us make choices that align with our true selves. 

But, it's not always easy to trust this inner guidance, especially when we're faced with uncertainty or doubt.

So today, let’s connect with your intuition and tap into its wisdom as we quiet the mind and release any fears or doubts that may be blocking your intuition.

PAUSE

Breathe deeply and feel the rhythm of your breath. 

As you inhale, imagine drawing in the wisdom and energy of the universe. 

As you exhale, release any doubts or fears that may be blocking your intuition.

PAUSE…

Now, turn your attention inward to the space in your heart. 

Feel the warmth and glow of your inner guidance. 

This is the compass that will always steer you in the right direction.

PAUSE…

Allow your intuition to speak to you in its own way right now. 

It may come as a whisper or a nudge, a feeling or a sensation. 

Trust that whatever form it takes, it is the right guidance for you.

LONG PAUSE…

As you connect with your intuition, feel a sense of peace and clarity pour over you. 

You are aligned with your true self, and you are capable of making confident decisions.

PAUSE…

Take a moment to reflect on a decision that you need to make. 

Allow your intuition to guide you towards the best course of action. 

LONG PAUSE…

Trust that you have everything you need within you.

Your intuition will always be there for you.
