Through the sacred process of introspection, we gain a deeper understanding of ourselves, of what truly nourishes and enlivens our soul. 

It's a journey in which we embrace all aspects of who we are, both light and shadow, and find the courage to express our authentic self in the world.

With this clarity comes the power to make intentional choices that align with our purpose and contribute to the greater good. We can infuse our daily actions with meaning and intention, living in harmony with our values and passions, and radiating our unique gifts and talents out into the world.

PAUSE

So close your eyes, and bring your awareness to your breath.

PAUSE…

As you breathe in, feel the expansion of your chest and belly. 

And as you breathe out, feel the release and relaxation of your body. 

Breathe in,

Breathe out. 

PAUSE…

Now bring your attention to your heart. 

Feel the warmth and energy radiating from this space, and allow yourself to connect with your inner self. 

Take a moment to ask yourself: What is my purpose? What is it that I truly want to do in this world?

PAUSE…

As you hold this question in your heart, allow any thoughts or feelings to come up without judgment. 

Observe them as they arise and gently release them, bringing your attention back to your breath.

PAUSE…

Now, visualize yourself in the future, living a life that aligns with your purpose. 

See yourself doing the things that bring you joy and fulfillment. 

Feel the sense of purpose and meaning that comes from living in alignment with your values and passions.

Perhaps your vision is crisp and clear, 

Or perhaps it’s vague and your purpose is unclear. 

It’s all okay. Just notice the details that are here for you, 

And surrender to it all peacefully. 

LONG PAUSE…

Keep observing yourself in the future,

As your breath stays steady.

And see if there is any more clarity as you look. 

LONG PAUSE

It may take time, patience and persistence to fully uncover your purpose.

So keep listening to the voice inside of you who guides you,

Baby step by baby step,

Creating a life of alignment and purpose.
