My intention in creating these meditations is to give you an opportunity to reflect back on your life this past year. To give you this sacred space to identify the lessons learned, the moments created, and the love that existed within it all. And to honor the growth you’ve had and ultimately, to feel deeply grateful for who you’ve become and where you are now. These meditations are not meant to keep you in the past, but to use it to deepen your presence and to consciously shape your future.  

The lessons we’ve learned this past year can arise from moments of both pain and joy. These are times when we realize that life has something to teach us, and we discover more about ourselves and the Universe. This meditation is a chance to reflect on those lessons, so we can transcend the pain, deepen the joy, and ultimately live more consciously.  

So come inside, 

And settle your mind. 

And let your body relax.

About the universal energy that connects us all?

About your relationships?

About the inner workings of your soul?

Take some time, my love,

To sit with anything that comes up,

As you look back on the lessons.

These lessons are here to deepen your now,

And to help you shape your future.

So breathe deeply,
