Join me for an inspiring chat with Lisa Jasunas, a 35 year old wife and mother of 2, living with PCOS (otherwise known as polycystic ovarian syndrome) a hormone disorder that is a leading cause of insulin resistance, infertility & weight gain.  By day she is career motivated and works in manufacturing.  Her evenings are spent juggling busy youth sports schedules and chasing a two year old.  She has released 145 lbs, losing the majority of the weight during the pandemic lock down after finding Intermittent Fasting in October of 2019.  She believes self-care keeps your glass half full and enjoys reading self-empowering material, lake life, traveling, music, and spending time with friends and family.  Since her oldest son unexpectedly passed away in 2010, she continues to motivate those around her to keep the belief that life is worth living, even when it gets too tough to bear.
