Description

So happy to have Joyce Holthaus  join us again on the show!  Joyce was episode 6 and we have been connecting ever since and wanted her to come back on because she brings such a light to our community.  Joyce is 69yr old, wife of 42 yrs to her amazing husband and has 2 grown and married children and 5 grandchildren! Joyce had struggled with her weight since she was quite young and has yo-yoed up and down, and struggled with compulsive overeating. She found herself at an uncomfortable weight, full of inflammation and pain – so, in November 2020 she decided to start intermittent fasting. She was really looking at it for the anti-aging benefits as well as weight loss. Joyce had a goal weight in mind when she started and now, over 2 years into this lifestyle, she not only has released over 30lbs -  she does not look anywhere near her age at all . Joyce LOVES intermittent fasting so much that she had become a certified IF coach and helped many women find optimal health and release excess weight.  Today, she is taking a break from the coaching world and breaking into something else exciting that we chat about! IG  @lifemadewellAsk a FarmerAnswering questions about food and farming in CanadaListen on: Apple Podcasts   SpotifySupport the showhttps://fastandfabulouspodcast.com
