Description
In today's episode, Brodie reads out responses from current and past clients. These are insights they have had when managing their own Proximal Hamstring Tendinopathy: Client A: "I guess my key takeaway is not a fun one and it’s one that I’ve tried to avoid but for me, it was unavoidable - patience. I need to be patient with my recovery and not start doing too much, too soon. I've had other times when my PHT has alleviated only to flare up badly again because I did too much”. Client B: “I believe the key is to stick to the program. As much as I would have loved to jump ahead I stuck to the program and have had no recurring problems”. Brodie talks about why it is so hard to be patient and trust the process. He then dives into practical tips to help, along with some examples of a sensible management plan.
