I want you to know that you may have had some progress. Progress is not found in a number which we have been told by media and diet culture to aim for.
Binge eating progress is found in these:
1. How long are the gaps in between your binges?
2. How do you feel around food? Are fear foods starting to turn into 'neutral' or 'safe' foods?
3. Do you start to notice yourself detaching yourself from numbers such as the number on the scale or your clothes size?
