So as you may already know, we don’t like ‘average’.  We don’t like ‘just living’, or ‘not being sick’.  We want OPTIMAL health, we want AMAZING, we want a life for ourselves and for our clients and listeners that is well BEYOND and ABOVE average... and we hope you want that for yourself as well. Exercising, eating healthy/nourishing foods should all be like brushing your teeth, taking a shower, eating breakfast, sleeping - things you do EVERYDAY just because your body needs it. Average individuals think one step in front of them - What can get me the fastest results?  What is the easiest, least path of resistance?  They don’t want to get too uncomfortable. We see this the most with people that have unfortunately dieted their way into poor health.  Either by under eating for too long and so their body has adapted at a place of eating 1000-1200 calories OR they now are dealing with gut issues, hormonal imbalances, inflammation etc. because of under-nourishment.  Their body NEEDS healing and if they would take maybe 6-12 months and really simply focus on eating enough, resting more, HEALING and guess what… they would get to a place where their body can respond in a healthy way.  But unfortunately, that long-term, INVESTMENT view is to ‘in the distance’ for most. Some can’t even comprehend something taking that long because we are so used to instant gratification and ‘fast results’ being pushed in our face...having to be the smallest version of ourselves… never having ups and downs.  Here is the hard truth, there are going to be ups and downs in your life.  You’re going to probably go through phases where your body is changing.  That is why the short term mindset will always keep you stuck. Join our private FitMom Lifestyle community HEREWant to schedule a strategy call with us?
