Join in Facebook groups that are positive and uplifting. Disengage with negative threads on social media.  Set up your environment for success - clean out the kitchen and get the crap out!. Set up your workstation/office if you don’t already have one. ...Don’t work in the kitchenEat smart - Quarantine doesn’t mean carry out and ho hos.See our IG for a list of things we are stocking up on!Stick to a routine! Write it out and stick to it for your sanity and for your kids! Move - Get outside and get your steps in! Do at home workouts, make it harder with tempo - find things to use around the house...stairs, chairs, bags of potatoes, rice, gallons of water.SLEEP! Use this time to create a better sleep routine. Sleep is our #1 recovery! Work on YOU - Read, journal, mediate, study something or learn a new hobby you've been wanting to learn.Stay connected - call family/friends - touch base!
