In today’s episode of the Period Recovery Podcast, I sit down with Molly Kate (or Molly Seifert)  about gaining weight during period recovery.  We all have experienced anxiety about how others will view us when we gain weight. Molly & I give you practical tips to overcome this fear & so much more. Molly talks about the challenges of buying new clothes and the permission we need to give ourselves to gain weight & start living again.Molly’s wellness journey started about a decade ago when she realized whatever was happening with her digestion was (shockingly) not normal. With some support from her boss at the time, She experimented with going gluten-free and felt infinitely better.  I continued to experiment with what was going on in my belly and how she felt.
