Cannot believe I forgot to mention 4 bloat remedies: One, drink plenty of water in the morning before meals and like I said in the episode, don’t drink liquids with foods. Second, cut out supplements. I stopped multi vitamins as well as probiotics until I was able to reintroduce them (still haven’t by choice) have been supplementing through foods. Third, maybe probiotics and prebiotics will help you. If you feel comfortable trying them out (you know your own body) try them out for a bit. I know probiotics help in certain situations. Fourth, get 7-8 hours of sleep. Getting rest is crucial for the bodies rehabilitation.
