Description

Do you have a list of customers or subscribers we haven't heard from you in a while or ever at all? Let me guess. The dreaded crickets. You post on Instagram, you post on Facebook, you send an email out and you're like, this is it. This is the model. This is the launch. Everybody's going to respond, and then you're just sitting there, and where'd everybody go? Why didn't anybody comment. I didn't hear from anything. And I know that you poured your heart and soul into that content, or you should have..I know that you made that Instagram story gold. You thought about that post. You were intentional, you knew your customers before state, and you knew where you wanted them to go to their after state. So then you wrote this post to get them there and then nothing. And if you don't do that. Make sure you do that or else your content will never work. But people are drawn to brands and leaders who show up for them consistently. That's how you earn trust and rapport with people, and that's what keeps people coming back over and over again. One of the things that I say all the time is that you have to train your customers on how to be your customers. But the scary part of that is that they've been trained on how to be your customers from the first touch point that they ever had with your brand. If they heard you on a podcast that set the context of a relationship. If they saw you on an article, if they found your blog post, if they saw your Facebook ad, if they saw a post, that first touch point set the entire context of the relationship and completely dictates the success of your relationship with that customer as long as you follow the context that you create it.So let me give you an example. Let's say on a podcast interview. I call my God, where does everybody find you? I'd love for everybody to come check out my podcast. My podcast is the MindofGeorge show, and you're listening to it right now, and we drop new episodes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. They're short episodes during the week and then a longer one on Friday, and we're going to keep improving them, but we'll always keep you updated and then all these people come over and subscribe to my podcast . I set the context of the relationship. I set the context and the paradigm that, when you come into my world, you can expect this from me every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The moment I miss a day, that relationship has not only gone but it is net negative. There's no getting them back without me really taking on the chain and following this nine step process that I'm going to share with you with our AAA method, and that's what I'm covering in this episode. It's literally the nine steps process, what we call our AAA method to reengage any audience and give you a chance of going deep in these relationships and reestablishing what's there. So the first thing to remember, it's vital to be consistent in your relationships with your customers. It's also vital to be consistent in your relationship with yourself and with your team. But just because they haven't heard from you in a while doesn't mean that the relationships are ruined. Most of the relationships are ruined when they haven't heard from you in a while, and then you come swing and back out into the world, and this is what I need from you., pretending like nothing happened. Like literally pretending like nothing happened, which takes it where someone's like, maybe I'm empathetic that something's going on. You know, their life is there to, this person's not even acknowledging that they broke their word to me, that they broke their commitment to me.Yet they want me to share their posts. They want me to comment on their posts. They want me to come pay them money, and yet I haven't emailed them or I haven't heard from them on email for three months. And the first email I get is buy something. Like you're out, and so this is about understanding what the nine step AAA method for re-engaging your audience and customers is.And this
