- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 4 slices of bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste

STEPS
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Wash the Brussels sprouts thoroughly under running water.
3. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves.
4. Cut each Brussels sprout in half lengthwise.
5. In a large skillet or baking sheet, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy. Remove the cooked bacon from the skillet and set aside.
6. Remove excess bacon grease from the skillet, leaving a small amount to cook the Brussels sprouts.
7. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the halved Brussels sprouts to the skillet.
8. Season the Brussels sprouts with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Cook the Brussels sprouts, stirring occasionally, until they are lightly browned and tender, about 8-10 minutes.
10. Meanwhile, crumble the cooked bacon into smaller pieces.
