Recipe 1: Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients:
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
In a bowl, toss the sweet potato strips with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Place the sweet potato strips in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Recipe 2: Barbecue Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
500g chicken wings
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Mix the chicken wings with the soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Place the wings in the air fryer preheated to 180°C for 25-30 minutes, turning them halfway through.
Recipe 3: Crispy Spring Rolls
Ingredients:
10 sheets of rice paper
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 grated carrot
1 cup bean sprouts
200g cooked and chopped shrimp (optional)
Low sodium soy sauce to accompany
Instructions:
Soak the rice paper sheets in warm water until pliable.
Place cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts and shrimp on each sheet, if you are using them.
Roll the ingredients like a burrito, folding the ends to close.
Place the rolls in the air fryer preheated to 180°C for 10 minutes or until golden and
