The great Kiwi BARBECUE

Gourmet bacon butty

PREP TIME 5 MINS COOK TIME 10 MINS SERVES 4

2 tbsp cooking oil
2 packs Farmland Grillmaster BBQ Bacon Thick Cut with BBQ Glaze
2 tbsp mayonnaise
4 brioche-style buns, sliced open
125g brie or camembert, sliced
½ cup store-bought caramelised onion relish
A handful Superb herb Basil

1 Preheat the barbecue on medium heat.

2 Drizzle one side with oil and cook bacon to packet instructions, or to your liking.

3 Spread some mayonnaise on the brioche buns, then place brie/camembert slices on. Place buns cut-side up on the other side of the barbecue and close the lid to warm the buns and to melt the cheese.

4 Serve buns slathered in caramelised onion relish, perfectly cooked bacon and some basil leaves. Delish!
