Dish up DAD’S FAVES

Air fryer bacon & egg cups

It wouldn’t be Father’s Day without breakfast in bed! Show Dad how much he means to you by taking in a tray of these tasty treats.

PREP TIME 5 MINUTES COOK TIME 8 MINUTES SERVES 2

4 rashers Farmland Streaky Bacon
4 Henergy cage-free eggs
1 tbsp Superb Herb Thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 slices toast, cut in half diagonally Butter
2 small tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 NZ Avocado, peeled, sliced Chutney
We used a Philips Airfryer XXL Smart with a Breakfast Kit accessory

1 Wrap bacon rashers around the inside of kit’s egg muffin cups. Crack an egg into the centre. Sprinkle over thyme. Season.

2 Place filled muffin cups into the Philips Airfryer XXL Smart kit’s breakfast tray.

3 Cook for 6 minutes at 170°C.

4 Push the cups to the edge and add the bread pieces in between the slots.

5 Cook for a further 4 minutes at 170°C.

6 Serve toast with butter, topped with tomato, avocado and chutney.
