Blueberry and Almond Smoothie
Blend blueberries, almond milk, almond butter, and a handful of spinach for a brain-boosting smoothie packed with antioxidants and healthy fats.
Ingredients:
•1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
•1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
•1 tablespoon almond butter
•1 handful of spinach
Instructions:
Place the blueberries, almond milk, almond butter, and spinach in a blender.
Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and smooth. You can add more almond milk to achieve your desired consistency if needed.

Salmon with Roasted Brussels Sprouts:

•2 salmon fillets
•2 cups Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
•2 tablespoons olive oil
•Salt and pepper, to taste
•Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Place the salmon fillets on one side of the prepared baking sheet.
Toss the Brussels sprouts in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Spread the Brussels sprouts on the baking sheet’s other side, ensuring they are in a single layer.
Roast the salmon and Brussels sprouts in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked
