Vegetarian 101: Master Vegetarian Cooking with 101 Great Recipes is one of the first books in this series, and it offers readers not only delicious recipes but also useful information about shopping for equipment, ingredients, kitchen essentials, and seasonings. Getting started with vegetarian cooking can be intimidating, but we’ll demystify the process for you. So whether you or someone you love just recently adopted a vegetarian lifestyle, or if you have been a vegetarian for some time now, Vegetarian 101 is a great place to start.
Most of the recipes in these 101 series books come from a wide range of Agate Surrey authors and editors. Contributors to Vegetarian 101 include Sue Spitler, editor of the 1,001

Vegetarian 101 recipes were selected to provide a starting point for anyone beginning their vegetarian-cooking journey. The collection includes a variety of cuisines (Italian, Mexican, Spanish, French, Middle Eastern, and Asian, to name a few). Most of the recipes are simple, although a handful of them are more advanced; you’ll find that all are easy to follow.
A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL FIND IN THIS BOOK
This book contains lots of fantastic main-dish options in the Salads and Entrées chapters.
