    In today’s session we will work on installing a deep rooted sense of self-love for you. Now, you may question the relevance expressing your natural love to yourself is to your weight-loss. But you will find when you suppress this love or don’t leave enough for yourself, that you won’t be able to see all the different ways love manifests and shows each day. Fuelling weight loss with love for yourself, rather than hate is the best way to lose weight quickly and effectively, whilst ensuring your long-term health and happiness...

    So without further ado, let’s begin...

    Make sure you are in a relaxing comfortable space, somewhere you can remain distraction free for the next half an hour or so, allowing yourself time for this self-love meditation. Then you are ready to simply reap all the benefits as possible from this session...

    Gently close your eyes, if you haven’t done so already and bring your awareness to your breathing. Following the soft ins and outs of your breath, you realize you breath has followed you right from the very beginning. Quietly in each and every interaction, every memory your breath remained in the background, offering its continued support...

    Your breath is your most loyal friend. It never asks for attention and yet it remains alongside you. Right now, you realise it is time to give it its well deserved attention and care. So now, begin taking in deep breaths, expanding your lungs all the way, before slowly exhaling, letting everything go...

    Now, in the quiet pause between each inhale and exhale I want you to repeat after me...

    So taking a deep inhale now...

    Repeat after me: ‘I am so grateful for the continued support of my breath.’

    ...And slowly exhale. Great job!

    Breathing in... ‘I am so grateful for my breaths company.’ ...And breathing out...

    Breathing in... ‘I am so grateful for my breaths resilience.’ ...And breathing out...

    Breathing in... ‘I am so grateful for my breaths consistency.’ ...And breathing out...

    Continuing to repeat the phrase I give you in this way for another 4 breaths now, making sure you repeat each with certainty...

    Deeply inhaling... ‘I am so grateful for my breath’s dedication.’ ...slowly exhaling...

    Deeply inhaling... ‘I am so grateful for my breath’s power.’ ...slowly exhaling...

    Deeply inhaling... ‘I am so grateful for my breath’s persistence.’ ...slowly exhaling...

    And one last time now...

    Deeply inhaling... ‘I am so grateful for my breath.’ ...slowly exhaling...

    Now slowly let your breathing return to its normal most natural rhythm....

    Taking a moment to simply connect with your breathing like we just did, allowed you to become mindful and exist in the true moment. Your constant breaths in and out allow you to become grounded to the true present, therefore keeping you from worry and tension. Unlocking mindfulness is the most important aspect of happiness and love, for without it, it becomes easy to be consumed with thoughts of the past or future instead of happiness...

    When you live with mindfulness it means feeling love and happiness becomes so much easier. Being mindful means you become aware of all the small details around you that otherwise you would have missed. Being mindful also means that you see all the positive and negative thoughts for what they truly are, that you don’t have to give energy to those negative thoughts that would have consumed you before...

    Mindfulness allows you to choose your own perspective, allowing you to find the joy and love that you deserve in each and every moment...

    Now, we will begin a brief body scan, allowing you to connect to your entire body, whilst giving
