A daily regimen of all four categories will bring a person’s health up to 100 percent or more. It is a functional starting point for all your daily health needs. HENS was developed with perfection in mind; used correctly, it is a good system to use in its entirety. The system is what you need to develop a perfectly healthy life. It is a functional program designed to configure all your health needs in an easy-to-remember acronym, HENS. Used correctly, the HENS program will show you all the necessary habits a person needs to have perfect health. This program is a miracle program, but you still must consult a physician before undergoing such a system. Be careful as you choose your destiny, for your destiny will also choose you.

    To start, you must accept how much or how little you connect with each category. If you follow the instructions in this book, your health will double or even triple. If you are low on any categories, try adding a little bit at a time to that category. If you are high on any of the categories, try lowering your efforts a little bit so you don’t go over 100 percent on that category. Too much of anything is a bad thing, and so is too little. Being able to choose where you want to be is key. Your efforts toward a better life will be rewarded by taking a few steps toward a more efficient system of life.

    If you look at this system, it seems simple; and in actuality, it is simple. It has been simplified for ease of use and understanding. Perfect health comes from most areas of life, and everything you come into contact with will affect your health in a good or bad way. Knowing what to change is where the HENS program comes in. Every day a person eats and drinks and consumes their share of nutrients. Limits are to be set on meals by portioning and according to what a person really needs. To know what you need, you must do research. Portions of a fist size should suffice. A balance of all the five food groups is also good. To refresh your memory, the five food groups are vegetables, fruit, grains, meats, and milk. The right amount of each category daily is best.

    As people exercise, they burn calories consumed in the day. It is important to your daily energy usage to keep a balance of calories in versus calories out, more or less. If you don’t get much exercise, you can start slow with about ten minutes per day or so. Most people don’t need to exercise more than thirty minutes per day. Whatever you choose, it is best not to overdo it or underdo it—just do it. Every day, try to run in place or stretch, and make it fun. Everybody likes to have fun in life. It makes you feel good.

    The everyday person must stay clean by bathing and daily sanitation. People wash their faces, brush their teeth three times a day, and shower daily. Cleaning your environment is just as important. Your clothes, linens, blankets, towels, utensils, and cleaning tools, everything must be cleaned and sanitized to perfection. But you need to do it more or less daily until you start to get a feel for what is best. If you bathe too much, you start to dry out; too little and you start to stink. Cleanliness is a form of perfecting your life. Right in the middle is where you need to be. The cleaner you and your surroundings are, the more perfected you become.

    Sometimes we don’t get all the vitamins and nutrients by consumption of our daily portions of meals. When this happens, we need to take a multivitamin or supplement for our health. Supplements are bought at a drugstore or grown in your own yard in the form of herbal supplements. Supplements can play a huge role in the health of your body. A perfect balance can be found with a little studying and the help of your doctor. It equalizes your life to the fullest.

    Now that we are all on the same page, we can go over some examples of what our HENS will provide. HENS will provide us with a footing or foundation to build our path on. So we don’t go off the path, we must follow the directions wisely. Every step must be thought out and perfected; we cannot wander off the path or we
