Routine and motivation

What is your advice for keeping motivated?

Robert Cheeke: Answer the question ‘why?’ as often as possible. Why did you get started? Why do you care? Why does it matter? Why do you keep going? Those answers should keep you going strong.

Giacomo Marchese: You may not like my answer here, but the truth is to not rely on motivation. Some never become motivated even after achieving results, getting to their goal, and setting new ones. Learn about what habits you need to be a healthier and more fit person. Then establish routine and be flexible. Your fitness routine should adapt to your lifestyle, not control it.
