Chapter#1: Introduction to Bodybuilding
I have been in the fitness industry for a very long time. I often meet people who are looking for a secret formula or a magic supplement to gain muscle mass rapidly. I always tell them what I am going to tell you. Bodybuilding is an art. Treat your body with respect and you will most definitely see results. Using natural and healthy techniques is the first step to gaining a healthy mass volume.
You cannot rush the process of building muscles. It’s not magic. I have strived for countless years to gain extensive knowledge and experience in the field of health and fitness. I am proud that after so many years of research and practice, I am able to impart my knowledge so that others can benefit from my hard work and avoid the mistakes a beginner makes. It is extremely rewarding and important for me to see people who have transformed their lives from my workout routines, motivation and inspiration.
I have read the conventional articles in the magazine, telling people how and what they should eat, train and even feel; which is often incorrect and gives off a negative vibe. The media has plunged our generation into a self-defeating agenda of eating less and training more. I encourage my trainees to ignore the so called secrets of a healthy life
and focus on setting an achievable goal.
Don’t fall prey to the concepts of quick weight loss, cleanses, crash diets and quick fixes. They all sound so delectable, don’t they? But all of these fitness advices defeat the purpose of a healthy life. The only thing you can achieve by these solutions is a miserable and exhaustive life. There is no point in trying to eat fewer calories to lose those extra pounds. It will only make you frustrated. Try and focus on what you want to achieve. Set a goal. Train for the body you want. This is where everything will change
