    Task of the Veviathan

They went there and the child he associated with Viva was there and looking at them said you two are married now. Either of you could help me. I am dying. There needs to be a replacement. I am the Veviathan. As all of the guardians Viva was an immortal but had chosen to give it up and leave the ranks of the guardians.

Viva continued I am every bit as dangerous as the humans tell stories of. I can not leave Aklantis without protection. I could get either of you to hold my replacement. It is a much painful process and whoever does will have to return here when it is time for the replacement to be and I will die as that happens. Not even queen Aklanticia knows that I am dying as she is not old enough to take on this task.

Star said Guardian Viva it would be an honor to help you.

Viva said He asked that I leave you out of this Star.

Star said But he is not magic. My magic will make it easier for me to handle. I want to take on this task. I understand that he wont be able to be with me until the task is completed and that it could be awhile. But even if he takes on the task that would be so.

He asked Star, are you sure you are fine with this? It really scares me.

Star smiled and said I am completely fine with it. Are you fine with letting me?

He said it has to be one of us. And it scares me bad. If you are fine with it then I will not object.

Star kissed him and said Love you. I look forward to completing the task so we can be together. Know that I will get very off normal as the task nears completion and will need to be brought here. When that happens ask Aklanticia to help, you should not touch me at all once we get back until the task is completed. He nodded.

Star said I am ready then, Viva.

Viva changed into the Veviathan and whipped around in a circle and struck Star hard. Star collapsed gasping in pain. He went to touch her to help her up and she said no, don’t. I am fine. I knew it was a painful process. Give me a little time then we will leave.

A couple of minutes later she stood up as if nothing had happened and said we leave now.

She took him back to her nation in one trip under water. As they surfaced in the land she hurried off. She went to the castle and to her room. Sam noticed that she bore the Veviathan’s mark and understood she was keeping it hidden and why. He sat down and said Star is a lot braver then I am.

Sam said that has to do with a constant need to know that one is and will be safe. Those we know share the same concept we are totally relaxed around. She trusts you completely, so her peoples do to. As soon as the task she has undertaken is completed she will be queen here.

He smiled and said And I become their king. Living here and Star rules.

Sam said glad you understand that.

He replied I understand that there is no way that I could even begin to be the leader her peoples need. Everyone laughed.

Suddenly Aklanticia rubbed the sides of her eyes and cried it hurts, please stop. She formed a shield around her but the shield shattered. She was clearly in pain.

Star walked up and said Aklanticia, please help me. I am not strong enough to go where I need to without help. You are the only one that can safely enter that place. Please take me there. The noise will stop as soon as I get there.

Aklanticia said The noise, it hurts. Are my people in trouble?

Star said If I don’t get to where I need to be they will be in danger. We have to hurry, please Aklanticia. They left. Hours passed by. Aklanticia returned alone walked into the guardian circle set near one of the statues and went to sleep.

Sam said "She is very tired, took the majority of the noise, her people did not experience it
