Jane Bernard is a writer and speaker living in New York City. Her book, Fine Tuning, Connecting with Your Inner Power, helps people connect with their passion for Life by using their senses with intuition and experience to get the most of living. She originally wrote the book to re-connect with her passion for life, and discovered her intuition. Staying healthy should be a primary concern for everybody. It is all in the simple lifestyle that you lead every day, and this book aims to simplify the complex processes to it.

Before we go further, I would like you to answer these self-motivating questions that have helped a lot of people live the life they dared to imagine.
How do you see yourself?
Do you sometimes wish you could devote some time into caring for yourself, but simply end up berating yourself every day because you know you can do better?
A lot of people have embarked on a lifestyle of keeping fit just because they want to appreciate the image they see whenever they catch a glimpse of themselves in a mirror. It is important to accept your body and love yourself genuinely. Research shows that it boosts self-confidence.
