Many aspects of your life can cause your weight to fluctuate. In today’s episode I will cover the biggest contributing factors to weight fluctuation. When you stress your body becomes inflamed and can cause you to hold onto unwanted weight. Find a fitness routine that works for you and this can lower your stress level and help create a healthy lifestyle. Another contributing factor to stress or poor health is who you surround yourself with. Do you feel excited and happy after you are with your current circle or do you feel depressed, stressed or drained? Being depressed in a social circle contributes to poor decision making. Setting boundaries with others and be mindful of who you surround yourself with. Making sure to get adequate sleep can also help to keep the weight off. If your sleep is lacking this will decrease your fat burning capability the next day. The 4th tip is to make sure your gut is happy and healthy. Keep up with your fiber intake, staying hydrated and eating quality vegetables. The final tip is to watch what you eat! The reason I put this tip last is because in order to create a full lifestyle change you have to implement all of these tips. When you only change what you eat it is just a diet and that will fade.
