DOES WEIGHT MATTER?

In combat sports like boxing, ‘making weight’ is an integral part of the game. Weight is also a key point of interest across sports like football, rugby, tennis and many more. Athletes are always in contact with their coaches and sports nutritionists, who record their weight and body composition, making sure they’re in the optimum condition for their sport.

As clay shooters, we don’t give this aspect of our sport much thought. One of the great things about clay shooting is that it can be enjoyed by anyone regardless of age, gender and fitness.
