Congratulations on making the first step. You’re taking responsibility for your own health and fitness. Beginning is 80% of your goal. Completing it is the other 20%. Somewhere in between is where you can see your goal.
I hope the reason you’re reading this book is because you are interested in the transformative effects of health and fitness at 50 and beyond. You want to be slim and healthy. You want to change. If so, you’re in for a wonderful surprise. It is never a better time and it is not too late. I was born half a century ago and still am improving and learning every day.
There is nothing to buy. Your equipment list consists of this book, your own bodyweight, your mind, your sports bra, mat and water bottle.
I am an ordinary suburban working mom. Inside this book are no gimmicks, drugs, gadgets, Photoshop or filters. The photos you see in this book are snapshots and have not been retouched.
