Introduction
Health for long life in this book means it is acquired, not inherited. Inherited good health has connotations of being lucky to have it. That’s the first chance for one to assume it will always prevail without faults. A possible consequence may unfold, in varying degrees, with surprises not anticipated by the lucky and overconfident where health neglected attitudes can result in unexpected or even worse manners than the person who experiences the ordinary ills of life. Why? They tend to ignore necessary health maintenance required for longer life.
One must be humble, aware and progressively pursuing more effective methods of surviving in this life for enjoying longer life. The contents of these scripts cover many areas of attitude/consciousness leading to poor health, so-so health or much better health along with other basic manners and approaches toward surviving into much longer life.
The contents also cover very important aspects for survival such as learning how to prepare (young, older, handicapped, etc) for a lifestyle that enhances long life along with preventing detrimental exposure, detrimental consumption and what can be creatively applied for the cause. It’s quite comprehensive without being too technical. The psychology of health in the book is just as important as the actual practice.
Preface
Millions of people of all ages have almost no knowledge of where they want their lives to go. Sure, they may want a career, money, fame, love and family, but in this case their lives mean just that. Without their lives, they cease to exist. The emphasis here is to keep on living and of course, the only way to do that is to stay healthy. The body will not survive without good health.
Gathering alternatives in gaining better health for long life is submitted in the following chapters to help one’s awareness for developing a lifestyle of good health.
Many of these people do not even know if they want
to live a longer or very long life.
These scripts can be helpful for them to get in touch with their desires to either leave their lives of health as is
or promote a longer and more meaningful future of health and life.
These scripts also express the importance of self-attitude, understanding disease creators, digestion, nutrition and a good deal of psychological approaches to make it all work; hopefully well.
There may be some of you who ask, what does working well entail?
That is a question which has significant meaning to some and possibly very little meaning to others.
Pleasing everyone all the time
may require a little more time with other editions of this general nature.
These scripts offer delving into the mind for answers of how to develop the mind and body for that very special purpose which exceeds all others in the long run; living a long life into the future.
Many people will live a great deal of their lives without awareness or knowledge of future in possibilities of health and/or longevity. Some of them have the opportunity to hear or read about them and go with it. Others are uninformed, unadaptable or oblivious of the concepts and miss those opportunities. Also, there are those who have had some exposure to the concepts of good health and/or longer life and say it’s all hogwash and never benefit by that exposure.
Pleasing them all may be fantasy in thinking, but it’s like they say, we try.
The awareness gained through these scripts on health just may rub off
onto and into others who are skeptical or cynical of the most precious aspect of the good life; staying alive.
Pleasing some is, by far, much better than pleasing no one at all. Let’s make our contributions concerning health and long life to others as well as ourselves. The results will add toward our goals and manifest our vision and contentions of long life which will, in turn, create that long life.

Where It Starts
Tune In On Your Big Picture
Of Better Health for More Life
I, your author, am in my more matured years now and feel like life is just beginning again. I feel a repeated performance happening in every fiber and neuron of my being with a new role in and on this stage of life.
The role I play in this scene of life becomes more of what I really am as I practice what I am about to relay to you. This trip of promoting better and extended health starts with the magnificence of belief which is the strongest motivation for stirring emotional desires.
My strongest desire, it will be obvious, is playing the role of a healthier man who is purposely, hopefully and skillfully extending my life into a more distant future by learning, sharing and practicing better health consciousness.
What could be more meaningful than to work, play and have fun doing almost anything for a much longer time at any age?
I invite your response, feedback and viewpoints on this book for possible further promotions on this subject which may lead toward one of our goals; more and better life.
We can extend and improve our health and future oriented practices repeatedly, thereby gliding ourselves comfortably into the future for even more rewards of a similar nature. Why bother? Good question. It may just be possible there are more reasons to do it than not; depending on individual value of human existence.
One thought we must keep paramount in our mind and really keep in tune with is our awareness of the fact we cannot deceive our bodies and our minds. We may think we are doing ourselves a favor in one way and it turns out to be a detriment to our cause.
We humans have a strong tendency toward pursuing daily activity with most of our concentrated focusing on the subject or activity. This is fine for accomplishing those goals, but it appears most of our concentrated focusing is on just that and not enough on our state of being.
Time passes and those performances are repeated. The years pass and those performances continue to repeat. Maybe they bring fame, love, money and whatever else, but it is also possible those days, months or years were serving to drain the health and future life out of us before we knew what happened. Then it became more difficult to turn it around to another course of venture and pursuance.
These are the psychological traps so many people fall into without being aware of
