About this audiobook
In this book bundle, you’ll get two books about anxiety, which are:
Book 1: This book gives a different spin to the topic of anxiety. It covers several aspects of managing stress levels and coping with negative outside influences in your life. However, it ends with a serious challenge to eliminate all anxiety triggers from your life to your greatest ability.
This makes the book a special gem, an actionable inspirational source from which you can draw the energy to do something about the situations that cause you anxiety in your life. For those situations that are out of your control, a healthier reaction is encouraged. Many outward circumstances can be met without panic, with a calm feeling of self-confidence and reassurance.
Book 2: In this book, an explanation of the amygdala’s functions and processes will be given. Furthermore, anxiousness keeps us from making rational, correct decision and thus, it eliminates beneficial opportunities in our future. We need to keep this in mind and care better about our mental health. This will be clarified and discussed as well.
Last but not least, this manual shows some signs of highly sensitive people, and expands on what to do when you can honestly label yourself as someone with such a personality. This can be extremely helpful to those who often wonder if there is something wrong with them, or who don’t recognize all the contributing factors to their hidden anxiety.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is an impressive book. Therefore, the 5 star review I'm submitting. Let me think for a sec ... how should I explain this? It was professional, straightforward, and easy to understand. With that being said, yep, I do highly endorse this book. No question about it. Such an intriguing theme. I believe I will let my siblings partner listen to it. They have to understand that there are actually audiobooks like this in the market.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This audio book blew my mind, both the content and the storyteller's performance. I don't believe you need to keep searching. This audio book says it all. The storyteller's voice was soothing. Did I already point out that it seemed very professional? Well, it did. Without a doubt, and that's the reason why I liked listening to it a lot.
