About this audiobook
This book consists of two titles, which are the following:
Book 1: What happens in the brain of someone who has Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder?
Why can’t we either erase memories or cope with them when they have been shockingly awful?
Questions like these will be answered in this quick guide, as well as other interesting facts, anecdotes, and topics. We will discuss the comprehensive concept of dissociative amnesia, the four different subtypes of PTSD, the difference between PTSD and Acute Stress Disorder, specific problems related to homeless veterans, and several other fascinating subjects.
Book 2: When it comes to healing from trauma, several important factors play a role. These factors help victims of traumatic happenings heal faster.
This is exactly what you will find in this book: You will find 7 reasons why you may still have PTSD symptoms, suggesting another perspective on your situation and the opportunity to improve it.
Also, this guide will go over what the grieving process consists of, and how people manage their dissociation from things they would rather not remember.
Last but not least, you will get more insights in what dissociative disorders are, and how to recognize them more quickly.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Remarkable, I must say. I know I'm not the best of testimonial writers, but this is worthy of appreciation. The author and narrator have clearly put a lot time and energy into these books. The pronunciation of the words in this book was excellent, in addition to all the information contained in it. Based upon that, I am glad that I got the book. It was truly worth my time.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I strongly recommend this book for different reasons. This manual deserves a big, fat 5-star rating. The audio book discusses a number of points of view very well. It also dives deeper into the material. My favorite parts of the book were actually the last chapters, where the final thought became crystal clear.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5In all honesty, I think that this is a good book for those that are showing an interest in this subject. I understand I am definitely not the best of review writers, but this is worthy of praise. The author and narrator have certainly put so much energy and time into these audiobooks. Knowing so many new things about this theme was informing, to say the least. It was a breath of fresh air. I genuinely appreciated it.
