About this audiobook
Many people believe grieving is only something we do when somebody we care about dies. But there are many other reasons why we grieve. Smaller but similarly serious sorrows can include the loss of a job, a broken relationship, unmet expectations, frustration or disappointment because of failure, and so much more.
Two other subjects will also be discussed in this book. The first relates to handling PTSD in your marital relationship. If you are married to someone who has a traumatic disorder, there are many pieces of advice that can help you deal with that person and these side effects better. Another topic heavily emphasized in this book, is what’s called “survivor’s guilt.” It relates to people who have seen others die and wonder why they are still alive. Even though they might not be the cause of the other people’s deaths, they still have a feeling of guilt that tells them they got lucky and may feel they don’t deserve to be alive more than any other individual. This can be a real problem and can cause PTSD.
If any of these topics interest you, then I encourage you to start reading or listening to this book right now!

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Audiobooks such as these make my day. They're excellent. I do not think the word "remarkable" does this book justice. There has to be a better word, and I will keep searching, because it deserves something great to be said about it. Let me think for a moment ... how should I explain this? It was expert, simple, and reasonable. With that being stated, yep, I do highly endorse this audio book. No doubt about it.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Dear listeners, I really hope you see this message. I want you to realize that this is an impressive book. When you're inspired about anything, you typically tell others about it. So, that's what I'm doing here. The ideas from the writer made a lot of sense to me. I agreed with all the things, and that's yet another reason that I am so ecstatic about this book. The writer did not randomly choose little bits and pieces of wrong advice, but instead, sorted out the claims enough.
