About this audiobook
This book consists of two titles, which are the following:
Book 1: Jealousy can be real, and it can be annoying. I think everyone has experienced feelings of jealousy in their lives. It’s normal, but if it isn’t dealt with, it can cause more problems to occur.
That’s why this guide focuses on the symptoms, the different categories, and various solutions to combat those feelings. For example, sibling rivalry, envy in sports or career, sexual jealousy, and other forms of this highly toxic trait are described, broken down, and analyzed.
Book 2: Most feelings of jealousy or envy are related to insecurities. They come deep from within a person’s fears, doubts, self-esteem, and other variables, sometimes grounded in childhood experiences.
Some people, however, are in denial. They go through life and never admit that they might envy what another person has, or they don’t want to admit to feelings of inadequacy or fear that their partner might lose interest in them.
In order to provide clarity when we can speak of real jealousy, this book lists seven signs or indications of jealousy. Finally, it ends with how you can turn things around positively if the green monster has gotten a hold of you. Feelings of jealousy can be used for beneficial purposes, and ultimately, this is what the book will focus on.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I 'd like everyone to realize that I highly recommend this book. I am trying to mention something bad about this audiobook, but I can't. It's simply way too great. So without any further exaggeration, I just believe everybody needs to think about listening to it. This deserved my time. Lastly, a narrated book that gave me what I expected. Another point: The narrator appeared so great that I would definitely listen to it in the future. Maybe even more than just once. I can't recall everything that's being stated in all these books, so it would be worth reminding myself of what was actually being mentioned.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5In case you're looking for a guide on this theme, get this book. I was truly inspired by this book. It's an interesting idea, the whole premise of this book. You don't generally see that in some other books. And that's the reason that it can use an individual like me to write a couple of positive aspects of it.

In the beginning, I was questioning where exactly it was going, but after tuning in to it for a while, I got into it.
