About this audiobook

This is a 2-book combo, which has the following titles:

Book 1: Co-dependent relationships can be quite the challenge. Many people are in one, even though they don’t realize it. It typically consists of a couple enabling each other or manipulating each other, and individuals who lack self-esteem. Or they might have a feeling that the relationship is all they need or will satisfy all their needs. Often, it is based on a lie or a learned pattern from their childhood.

We’ll discuss these issues and touch on terms such as complementarity and polarity. We’ll also give you tips on how to develop a healthier relationship with others, whether that is your spouse or partners are the job or otherwise. Last but not least, we’ll dive into what attachment and detachment mean, and what pro-dependence is.

All of these topics can help you understand yourself, your communication style, and the people you interact with better.

Book 2: In this guide, you will learn more about co-dependency. You will also discover the definition of counter-dependency, and all the effects that these two phenomena have on relationships. This way, you’ll be better prepared if you ever find yourself in such a relationship, whether that’s an intimate one or a business-related one.

Aside from this, we’ll discuss the signs of these two terms, how to escape the trap, why people stay in damaging or toxic relationships in the first place, how people exercise control over others, and how some co-dependency (in its lighter form) may not be as problematic as some may think.

Are you ready to learn more about yourself and others around you? Then start reading or listening to this book!

I am giving this book 5 stars since I truly enjoyed it. Honestly, I believe this is a fantastic book for all those that are showing an interest in this subject. I wish I was truly good at composing reviews, but you'll just have to be pleased with this average recommendation, namely, that the book was interesting all the way through, up until the very end.

This audio book is amazing. I can probably show thirty points why I love this audiobook, but my time is actually important, so this customer review might not be too long. The very best parts of this book (I forgot which chapters) meant the most to me. When I heard these things, I instantly knew I had actually made the best option. This book spoke with me.

This audiobook has lots of terrific information. I understand I am certainly not the best of testimonial writers, but this is worthy of appreciation. The author and storyteller have certainly put so much energy and time into these audiobooks. I don't always appreciate all books, but this caught the eye. And because it did, I began listening closely to it. It was some of the best time I spent, particularly since I was doing some other tasks in the meantime.

The storyteller sounds quite skilled, and the writer knows a ton about the theme. I don't think the word "remarkable" does this specific book justice. There has to be a better word, and I will certainly keep looking, since it deserves something great to be said about it. I learned a lot simply by soaking everything up. The info was great, particularly if you already understand a tiny bit about the concept. Really, you could possibly know nothing at all about it and still follow along easily.
