I enjoyed the elemental aspect of it. It's extremely easy to listen to (or read) and follow along without having to read the same line multiple times (referencing Sartre here lol). I think it would be good to read or introduce this to children (maybe paraphrase some) because many of the explanations are analogies in simple concept forms. Recommended.1 person found this helpful

Having read the power of now which I loved but is over 7h long, this is a great book to listen and get some of the key parts of the longer version, I’ll still listen both over and over but I appreciate having this shorter version available.1 person found this helpful

This is probably the best single book that I’ve ever come across. Although all teachers come to spirituality from their own point of view.1 person found this helpful

This is a life changing book;
Actually, Eckhart Tolle assists in one's spiritual awakening, but only if you understand the truths he is saying. If you find this "boring", it's probably because you are not conscious with your present self.
Because of his awareness, I am now becoming more aware within myself, because it is my decision to try to change my subconscious pattern of thinking.1 person found this helpful

I liked the book. When I read The Power Of Now, it helped me to release my past. This book made me understand that I have released my past, but lived in the future and resisted my present. Now I understand why I have been suffering, although I let go my past and forgave/understood everybody in it. I still have goals in my life, but now my main focus is to live in the present and from now on make choices that help me get to my goals. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5

Had honestly not expected this book to be so great. Truly one of the most practical and logical spiritual books out there. Without all of the weird stuff many spiritual books have. Also not difficult to understand, but definitely not dumbed down. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5

This book put the whole spiritual end of thing in perspective for me I have read all of Dr Joe dispenzas books which was able to put a scientific explanation on spiritualism Which opened me up to the spiritual world I was an atheist before . I don't think this book would have done me nearly as much good if I diden't study dr Joe's books. I have learned some great information out of this book and I am looking forward to reading all of his work. If this book was confusing or you don't understand it. I encourage you to read breaking the habit of being yourself. By Dr Joe dispenza I can truly say this man has saved my life. - Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5

I would say, outdated Buddhist teaching. The author focuses too much on black and white thinking, and narrates a rather absolute position on reality. Personally, I would say its pretty average to poor quality material. Not especially good. 2 star. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5

Already listened to it twice by now and will listen again, so that the messages will imprint in my being.
