About this audiobook
Co-dependent relationships can be quite the challenge. Many people are in one, even though they don’t realize it. It typically consists of a couple enabling each other or manipulating each other, and individuals who lack self-esteem. Or they might have a feeling that the relationship is all they need or will satisfy all their needs. Often, it is based on a lie or a learned pattern from their childhood.
We’ll discuss these issues and touch on terms such as complementarity and polarity. We’ll also give you tips on how to develop a healthier relationship with others, whether that is your spouse or partners are the job or otherwise. Last but not least, we’ll dive into what attachment and detachment mean, and what pro-dependence is.
All of these topics can help you understand yourself, your communication style, and the people you interact with better.

Reviews for Co-Dependency

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This review reflects my individual thoughts and interests. This was truly worth my time. Lastly, a narrated book that gave me what I expected. One more point: The storyteller sounded so great that I would undoubtedly listen to it in the future. Maybe even more than just one time. I simply cannot recall everything that's being stated in all these books, so it would be worth reminding myself of what was actually being pointed out. I did not stop listening till the end. That's just how much I appreciated it. I was pleased to hear the right pronunciation of all the words by a competent audiobook producer.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This audio book is perfect. I recognized a great deal of the important things the author was talking about. Some things reviewed my head, but that's normal for any book that has been written by a genius. I almost overlooked this book, but I am happy that I saw it anyway. It makes sense what the author states, particularly in the last handful of chapters, where the issue turns into a conclusion.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This audiobook is perfect. Despite of the writer's understanding about the idea, the narrator was still the component I was most amazed with. This is what truly offered me on the writer's book. I am trying to say one thing bad about this audiobook, but I can't. It's simply way too good. So without any further exaggeration, I simply believe everyone should think of listening to it.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The narrator must have spent a ton of time on producing this audio book. By far, one of the greatest books in this niche. I think the first couple of sections were my favorite ones, because the whole idea that the subtitle talks about, gets discussed. All of the essentials are there. Later on in the book, more depth gets included, and I believe this is what makes it so great.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is an impressive audiobook. Therefore, the 5 star rating I'm publishing. The storyteller's voice was calming. Did I already point out that it seemed really professional? It did. Without a doubt, and that's why I loved listening to it a lot. Not only did this book sound like it was excellent quality, but it also showed me essential things about life, and about this issue in particular, of course. So, it absolutely deserves a few hard-earned stars.
