About this audiobook
This is a 3-book bundle, which addresses various subtopics, including but not limited to these:
Book 1: Co-dependent relationships can be quite the challenge. Many people are in one, even though they don’t realize it. It typically consists of a couple enabling each other or manipulating each other, and individuals who lack self-esteem. Or they might have a feeling that the relationship is all they need or will satisfy all their needs. Often, it is based on a lie or a learned pattern from their childhood.
We’ll discuss these issues and touch on terms such as complementarity and polarity. We’ll also give you tips on how to develop a healthier relationship with others, whether that is your spouse or partners are the job or otherwise. Last but not least, we’ll dive into what attachment and detachment mean, and what pro-dependence is.
Book 2: Are you co-dependent or just a caring person?
This question lies at the heart of the first chapter in this book. Other chapters include topics such as: narcissism in relationships, abuse, addiction to love, self-confidence, controlling behavior, the myth of getting what you want, broken promises, signs of co-dependency, trauma, and loving your partner more.
Book 3: In this guide, you will learn more about co-dependency. You will also discover the definition of counter-dependency, and all the effects that these two phenomena have on relationships. This way, you’ll be better prepared if you ever find yourself in such a relationship, whether that’s an intimate one or a business-related one.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I can most likely specify 15 points why I recommend this particular audiobook, but my time is actually important to me, so this customer review might not be very long. This customer review reflects my own thoughts and preferences. I carefully appreciated listening to this book. It has all of the aspects of a book about this subject that it ought to contain. Having said that, I am typically happy about things anyway, but This is a hidden treasure. This audiobook incorporates useful facts. The narrator's voice was just soothing. Did I already mention that it seemed quite professional? Well, it did. Surely, and that's the reason that I simply loved listening to it a lot.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5By far, one of the best books in this specific niche. 5 stars! By far the greatest thing that's happened to me this week. The very best parts of this book (I forgot which chapters) implied the most to me. When I heard these things, I immediately knew I had actually made the right choice. This book spoke to me.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5You won't lament buying this audio book. It gives you what it says it does. I don't believe you will have to keep looking. This audiobook says it all. I understand I am certainly not the best of customer review writers, but this deserves appreciation. The author and storyteller have undoubtedly put a lot time and energy into these books.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Honestly, I think that this is a very good book for all those who have an interest in this particular topic. The thoughts from the writer made sense to me. I agreed with all the things, and that's one other reason I am so fired up about this book. The author did not randomly select little bits and pieces of wrong advice, but rather, sorted out the statements enough. I have actually seen that some books are pretty much trash, and that saddens me. On the other hand this specific book did not follow that trend. It's actually truly good. So, I love it.
