About this audiobook
This is a 3-book bundle, which addresses various subtopics, including but not limited to these:
Book 1: What happens in the brain of someone who has Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder?
Why can’t we either erase memories or cope with them when they have been shockingly awful?
Questions like these will be answered in this quick guide, as well as other interesting facts, anecdotes, and topics. We will discuss the comprehensive concept of dissociative amnesia, the four different subtypes of PTSD, the difference between PTSD and Acute Stress Disorder, specific problems related to homeless veterans, and several other fascinating subjects.
Book 2: When it comes to healing from trauma, several important factors play a role. These factors help victims of traumatic happenings heal faster.
This is exactly what you will find in this book: You will find 7 reasons why you may still have PTSD symptoms, suggesting another perspective on your situation and the opportunity to improve it.
Also, this guide will go over what the grieving process consists of, and how people manage their dissociation from things they would rather not remember.
Last but not least, you will get more insights in what dissociative disorders are, and how to recognize them more quickly.
Book 3: Many people believe grieving is only something we do when somebody we care about dies. But there are many other reasons why we grieve. Smaller but similarly serious sorrows can include the loss of a job, a broken relationship, unmet expectations, frustration or disappointment because of failure, and so much more.
If any of these topics interest you, then I encourage you to start reading or listening to this book right now!

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Audiobooks such as these make my day. They're excellent. I do not think the word "remarkable" does this book justice. There has to be a better word, and I will keep searching, because it deserves something great to be said about it. Let me think for a moment ... how should I explain this? It was expert, simple, and reasonable. With that being stated, yep, I do highly endorse this audio book. No doubt about it.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The producer's performance was truly great, and so was the author's book. I have actually seen that certain books are basically trash, and that grieves me. But this book did not follow that trend. It's actually truly great. So, I love it. I almost missed out on this audiobook, but I am actually glad that I checked it out anyway. It makes a lot of sense what the author states, especially in the last couple of chapters, where the topic turns into a final thought.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Both the narrator and the author put some true work into this. Just listening in my car, I appreciated this audio book. I do not believe the word "incredible" does this specific book justice. There has to be a better word, and I will certainly keep looking, because it deserves something great to be said about it.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Not bad at all. I think it's one of the greatest audiobooks on the market. I understand I am certainly not the best of customer review writers, but this is worthy of praise. The author and storyteller have clearly put a lot energy and time into these books. I do not always appreciate all audio books, but this one stood out. And since it did, I began listening closely to it. It was some of the best time I spent, particularly since I was doing other things in the meantime.

I do not believe the word "amazing" does this specific book justice. There has to be a much better word, and I am going to keep looking, because it deserves something great to be said about it.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5You have to appreciate something like this. This took them a ton of time and effort to publish and narrate. If I would need to summarize it, it will be simply in one word: Awesome! Knowing so many new things about this subject was enlightening, to say the least. It was a breath of fresh air. I genuinely appreciated it.
