- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5The book might have good content, I wouldn’t know because I couldn’t listen to more than a few minutes because the narrator vocal performance was so mismatched with the topic. She was talking about trauma as if she was giving a news report on a local restaurant. Very strange delivery.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Sounds robotic and makes it very hard to understand and listen to
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I never knew what was "wrong" with me but there is absolutely nothing wrong with me... I have lived a different life and now I can clearly see how that shaped my life I am beyond ecstatic at the small hope that I can now name it and conquer it at age 40... Thank u so much it was super easy to follow and not too long either.... great for my silly little noggin. Can't wait to start this journey well i guess i actually already did huh? yay!!
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Seems very much like a shameless rip off from Pete Walker's 'From Surviving to Thriving'. Throughout the first hour, I don't think I heard a single thing that made sense and wasn't copied from there, so I'd say this book starts bad enough and just gets worse. Good news is, you can give up on this ear-torture without giving up on the helpful content.
