Very basic knowledge on how to structure your life when you deal with mental heath struggles. It has good descriptions of both multiplicity and DDNOS but it's using old and hurtful names for those conditions. Every time an interesting dilation started it was not elaborated on in the book, but all information is factually correct. So it's a good book but not very eye opening or new.
