About this audiobook

This is a 3-book bundle, which addresses various subtopics, including but not limited to these:

Book 1: What is cognitive behavioral therapy?

How is it used?

What can you achieve with such a form of treatment?

These and many other questions will be answered in this guide. Other topics will float to the surface, such as its use for boosting self-esteem, psychodynamic therapy, social healing, acceptance and commitment, misophonia, the Twelve Step Program, solutions for depression, and many others.

Book 2: Many people have psychological issues. Some even have something we call “traumas,” either from their childhood or some earlier events in their adulthood years. Whatever we suffer from, there are usually solutions that help us progress and cope with the problems we face.

One of those solutions could be cognitive behavioral therapy. This kind of therapy has been tested and has proven to work in many cases. Some people have treated romantic jealousy with this therapy, others stress or emotional eating. In this book, we’ll cover a number of treatments, techniques, and specific answers to questions you may have about it.

Book 3: As one of the means to help solve depression and anxiety, cognitive behavioral therapy is certainly worth looking into. Many people have misunderstandings about this form of therapy; this book is committed to getting those misunderstandings out of the way.

Some of the topics included evolve around solving insomnia, helping people with ADHD cope with their concentration problems, or assisting overweight people in their journey to better health.

Hi there, I merely intended to write a few sentences of endorsement. This book blew my mind, both the information and the storyteller's presentation. It might actually have had a couple of mistakes, but they really did not subtract anything from the incredible info that this particular book contains. You can learn a ton. I know I did.

Seriously, I feel that this is a good audiobook for people that are showing an interest in this subject. The storyteller's voice was simply soothing. Did I already mention that it appeared to be extremely professional? It did. Without a doubt, and that's why I liked listening to it so much. In my opinion, it was simply one of those books you can not avoid. You can not overlook it, because it is one of the best available. I might become repetitious here, but that's simply how I think about it.

I absolutely loved this book! No doubt about it! The ideas from the author made sense to me. I agreed with everything, and that's yet another reason that I am so fired up about this book. The writer didn't arbitrarily select bits and pieces of bad advice, but instead, analyzed the claims enough. The thoughts from the writer made sense to me. I agreed with everything, and that's another reason that I am so fired up about this book. The writer did not randomly pick little bits and pieces of bad advice, but instead, analyzed the statements enough.

Anytime you're motivated about anything, you normally tell other people about it. So, that's what I'm doing. I understand I am certainly not the best of customer review writers, but this is worthy of praise. The writer and storyteller have clearly put so much time and energy into these books. I guess the first couple of chapters were my favorite ones, because the entire concept that the subtitle refers to, is described. All of the essentials are here. Later in the book, more depth gets added, and I believe this is what makes it so great.
